Happy New Year! And what a year it was, again! Our lives and lifestyles continue to change. Is this the year you will say, "It is time to sell and live in a home that fits my lifestyle." Or do you want to stay? There are options, many solutions whether you stay or move. For many people deciding to move or age in place is a life-changing decision. Aging in place is a viable option for many, who are healthy mentally and physically.  Being proactive is the key, so rushed, reactive decisions aren't made, I’ve created HELM, a  rightsizing guide. I understand there are many health factors involved, and there aren't always easy solutions. There are answers and resources to help. HELM is a start, a few questions to consider to help guide you in the direction, that is right for you and your family, so you can make proactive decisions instead of reactive decisions. My goal is to provide facts so you and your family can take action happily and with confidence.
