Canadian Certified Seniors Representative (CCSR)

Canadian Certified Seniors Representative (CCSR)

I’m excited to share that I have successfully completed the certification requirements to become a Canadian Certified Seniors Representative (CCSR)!
I’m proud to be among the first 200 Realtors in Canada to complete this new Canadian certification by Canadian Real Estate Association. (CREA)
The CCSR, presented by Chartwell Retirement Residences, helps Realtors build the knowledge and expertise needed to better guide older adults and their families through important housing decisions, with strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, circumstances, and goals.
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), continuing education and keeping my knowledge current has always been a priority. Supporting older adults and their families through life transitions requires more than real estate knowledge. It requires understanding, compassion, and the ability to listen to what matters most to each individual.
Adding the CCSR accreditation further strengthens the support I can provide as clients navigate rightsizing, moving, estate transitions, and the many decisions that come with changing seasons of life.
I look forward to continuing to be a trusted resource for older adults and their families, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident through every step of their journey.
