The feeling when a client sends you photos of the sunset from the new home they resized to from a detached home they spent decades in? Rewarding! My commitment to providing a "more than just a move" experience includes being there for my clients, many of them seniors providing trusted resources, in-person review, and signing of documents, constant and clear communication of every step of the transaction, and always being a phone call away. Being close to friends, family, doctors are often must-haves when selecting a new home, and for this particular client, the home must-haves included city and mountain views, walking distance to shopping, and parks, all I ensured got checked off the list! It is a true pleasure getting to know my clients, listening to their needs, providing facts, sharing what's next with clear communication, and of course some laughter. Receiving photos, phone calls, and emails from clients and their children, sharing their appreciation I am their Realtor, is gratifying. Moving at any age or stage in one's life can be stressful and overwhelming.
