Wishing everyone a new year filled with good health, and much happiness.  

And what another year it was!  All our lives have changed including how we live and now often work in our homes. Your once-loved open concept home is not "zoom friendly" and you now need a private office space with walls! Your once upon a time comment, “no need or time for a yard”, has you yearning for additional room to breathe fresh air and relax. Or you find your home is too big, too much maintenance is required, in a nutshell,  your home just doesn’t fit your lifestyle.
